Morsels & Stories: I walked those gathered through an exercise I learned years ago. I would ask one question and have people gather in small likeminded groups. Then I would have those groups discuss their answers to an entirely different question. Parts of this may be confusing or mostly background noise.
Sermon: I preached on the Gerasene demoniac, and started with wondering how he looked.
